The eDocStation is a powerful tool for scanning and composing documents from existing images. The eDocStation supports:
1. OCR (convert image to text) for more than 30 languages*
2. Scanning multiple documents in a single batch using document separator sheets
3. Saving pages as:
o Single document
o Document per page
o Multiple documents using document separator sheets
4. Document composing from existing image files
5. Regular and Quick Scan modes
6. PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, BMP and GIF output formats.
7. Advanced compression technologies to enable best document quality with smallest file size
8. All types of Windows-compatible scanners: simple desktop and professional scanners with feeders, local-connected (USB) and network-connected (IP) scanners.

Using the eDocStation you can store your documents in the file system, Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013** or Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011***.

* One of the best Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engines is used in our products:Tesseract.
Tesseract development has been sponsored by Google since 2006.
Our products contain set of functions which optimize image quality before OCR recognition.
These functions provide cardinal improving of the OCR results. At the same time Tesserract engine may not recognize some specific fonts.
The best results will be received for standard Microsoft Office fonts with font size from 9 to 13 px.
Please pay attention, we use Tesseract OCR as-is and we cannot add support for unrecognized symbols/fonts/languages
